21-Day Fast 2025

Fasting Menu 2025
 

This year we will allow you to make your own decisions on what you will give up for the 21 days of sacrifice.  

This year’s fast is NOT the Daniel Fast. It is the Healthy and Whole Fast.

We suggest, however, that we refrain from all foods that contain sugars.

Meaning, NO SWEETS: Cakes, cookies, candies, pies etc.
NO Sodas, teas, coffee or sugar filled fruit drinks.

Freshly squeezed fruit drinks are acceptable. We suggest that water be your main beverage.  

No fried foods. No crabs.
Chicken, fish, shrimp or beef are permitted if grilled, baked, broiled, or air fried.
 

  • For seasoning of foods, it is suggested that you use herbs and sea salt. It is also recommended that you eat as many vegetables as possible, and brown rice if possible. Eggs are permitted.  
  • This is not the Daniel fast but the sacrificial “healthy” fast.

This journey is designed to strengthen your physical person as well as your spirit person.
